Refund policy

Not happy with the order you received?

Please note you need to let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.  We can unfortunately not do a refund after 7 days.  In the email describe exactly what you are not happy with, and provide us with your order number, contact details as well as photos of the product/s you are not happy with.

If Canvas and Sign is at fault, we will endeavor to send you a replacement within 72 hours, depending on how busy we are at the time.

If you are still not 100% satisfied with the replacement and have a valid reason, we will process a refund. To enable a refund we will request a confirmation letter of your banking details via email, which you can obtain from online banking/your bank.  Refund payments are processed within 7 days, and are subject to management’s final approval. 

Cancellation of order?

Let us know why you would like to cancel an order.  A refund or gift card will be subject to management’s approval.  Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of order and no fees are payable on it.  The following cancellation fees are payable on request for a refund: Payfast reversal fee of 3% on total order PLUS R50 admin fee.  A refund will be done to the account where payment/s originated from, except foreing cards/accounts.  To enable a refund we will request a confirmation letter of your banking details (not older than 3 months), which you can obtain from online banking/your bank.

Once approved, payfast reversals/refunds generally take about 2-4 business days to reflect in your account.

No refunds will be done after 7 days of purchase.

No refunds will be done for low quality images provided.  Instead a gift card will be issued which have to be used within 12 months from date of order. 

Color variances will not be a reason for refund.  Please note that image/artwork colours may look different on a printed product than what you see on your phone or computer monitor. Various factors influence the final appearance of colours on a printed product, regardless of calibrated monitors and colour profiles. For this reason colour accuracy can't be achieved 100%.
